Shipping policy
- Orders are reviewed and accepted before confirmation.
- Once your order is created, you will receive an automatic WhatsApp message from Bespoke to confirm your order details.
- Delivery takes between 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- Customers may open and inspect the package while the courier is present before completing delivery.
- If the order is refused after inspection, an 80 EGP service fee will apply to cover handling and delivery costs.
