Refund policy

  • 🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

    To submit a request, please visit the Returns & Exchanges page on our website. You’ll need your order number (found in the confirmation email) along with your email address or phone number.

    Eligibility:

    • Items must be in original condition

    • Tags must not be removed

    • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging

    Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to returns and exchanges.

    📦 Important: We will only cover the return shipping costs if the item received is defective.

    The exchanged item must be available in stock.

    📸 For exchanges and returns, you must upload clear photos showing the item’s condition in the form.


    💸 REFUND POLICY

    Refunds can only be requested within 2 days of receiving your order via the Returns & Exchanges page on our website.

    Approved refunds will be issued through the refund method you selected when submitting the request.


    🚚 DELIVERY POLICY

    Your order will not be confirmed until it has been reviewed and accepted by Spiral.
    Once your order is created, a WhatsApp message from Spiral will be sent automatically to confirm your order details.

    Delivery time is between 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

    Customers are allowed to open and inspect the package while the courier is present before completing the delivery.

    If you refuse to receive the order after inspection, a service fee of 80 EGP will be charged to cover handling and delivery costs.


    ✏️ CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

    • Orders can be modified or canceled only within 1 hour of placing them.
