Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are reviewed and accepted before confirmation.
  • Once your order is created, you will receive an automatic WhatsApp message from Spiral to confirm your order details.
  • Delivery takes between 2–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Customers may open and inspect the package while the courier is present before completing delivery.
  • If the order is refused after inspection, an 80 EGP service fee will apply to cover handling and delivery costs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests can be submitted through the Returns & Exchanges page using your order number and your email address or phone number.
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging included.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be unworn.
  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees.
  • Return shipping fees are only covered if the received item is defective.
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
  • Clear photos showing the item’s condition must be uploaded when submitting a return or exchange request.
